Once you arrive at our bingo rooms, eight tabs will be presented to you – FREE BINGO, 3-2-1 BINGO, 5p, 10p, Posh, WOW!, Pre-Buy, Instant Games, Help. Click on the type of game you would like to play. Once you have made your choice, a selection of rooms or instant games will appear.

Each of the Bingo rooms displayed will show the different card prices, as well as the start time of the next game. You will also be able to view the name of the Chat Host – who will be more than happy to help you when you join the room they are hosting.

24 randomly generated bingo cards will be issued to you, they will be displayed on the screen in batches of six cards at a time. To scroll through all of the 24 cards, use the left and right arrow buttons at the top left of the card display area.

The current batch will be shown in the navigation panel on the left of the screen, for example, 'cards 7-12 of 24'. To select or deselect a card, simply click anywhere on the card. The number of cards that you have selected will also be displayed on the navigation panel.

If you want to change the cards issued to you, simply click the 'GET NEW CARDS' button located at the top of the card display area. This will provide you with a set of 24 new randomly generated unselected cards.

You can also autoselect cards, in batches of 6,12,18,24 or the maximum number of cards, this saves you clicking and scrolling through individual cards.

Once you are happy with your selected cards, click on the 'BUY SELECTED CARDS' button situated on the navigation panel on the left of the screen. Subject to funds, this will complete your card purchase. Please note that card purchases are non-refundable and all sales are final.
The navigation panel will also display the number of purchased cards you have for the upcoming game.

Each purchased card will display a number at the bottom of the card, for example, 122235761. This number is a reference for both yourself and our customer services team.

You have 10 seconds prior to the start of next game to purchase bingo cards for that game.

For some of our jackpot games you have the opportunity to pre-buy your cards, simply click on the room and follow the above to purchase your cards.

At the top of the screen you will find the number of players, jackpot and time remaining before the game begins. The current game name and pattern (if 75 ball Bingo game) are also displayed.

If you need to fund your account at any time, simply click on the 'BANKING' tab, which will transfer you to the Posh Bingo cashier.

The screen will announce that a game is about to begin. The game screen will display the cards you have purchased in batches of 6 (assuming more than 6 cards have been purchased). Scroll between cards by clicking the left and right arrow buttons at the top of the card area. The current batch of cards is also displayed as, for example, 'cards 1-6 of 9'.

The top of the screen shows how many people are playing and the current jackpot of the game. You can toggle the "Show from 3tg" (three numbers to go before your card has bingo) by clicking the 'OPTIONS' menu at the top right of the card display area and selecting the 'In Game' option. After being selected, all cards with 3, 2 or 1 number to go will be indicated.

In order to toggle the Autodaub, simply click on 'In Game' in the 'OPTIONS' menu and then select 'Autodaub'. When it's on, the game automatically marks or "daubs" your card every time your numbers are called out. When this button is off, your card numbers are not automatically daubed, so you can mark them manually by clicking the number on the card.

Called numbers are marked in red if they form part of the required Bingo pattern for the current game played. Bear in mind that whether you daub the numbers or not, and how you daub them has no effect on the game outcome. IF YOU HAVE A WINNING BINGO CARD YOU WILL WIN!

When the game starts, a slight pause will occur before the balls are called out. After being randomly drawn, the balls are shown at the top left of the screen, accompanied by a speaking voice announcing the numbers. Each ball called is displayed on the bingo board, and the last 5 calls are displayed to the left.

At the end of the game, "BINGO!" will be announced and the winning alias(es) will be presented. When you win, your winnings will automatically be added to your account. The game will then automatically return to the next game screen after a short time, or after you click "OK".

A couple of other points worth mentioning - you can alternate between having the sound on and off - simply click on the sound icon in the top right hand section of the screen.

If you need any assistance during the game, click on '?' in the top right hand section of the screen.

Once you have finished playing bingo then simply click 'x' in the top right hand section of the screen.

Our chat system is composed of three main areas:
The rooms and message display area
The control panel and text input area
The other chatter's aliases area.

The name of the current room you are chatting in will be shown at the top of the message display window. This defaults to the Posh Help when you connect initially. Click the down arrow at the right of the room you are chatting in and a list of other rooms that are open will appear. The number of people talking in each room will also be displayed and you can then choose the room you want to talk in.

The text of the conversations between the people in your chat room will be displayed in the message window. Aliases of the other people who are also chatting are displayed at the bottom left of the screen. You can choose to mute/un-mute (stop / start) the chatter by clicking on the button to the right of the name of the chat room you're in, at the top of the message window.

To send a chat message, simply enter the text in the 'send' box and press 'Enter' or click the 'send' arrow button. You can also send quick abbreviated messages by clicking on the abbreviation buttons.
Clicking on 'CLEAR' will clear the message window.

Posh Bingo does not tolerate rude or offensive chat and players who violate this rule will be removed from the site.

Posh Bingo has a variety of instant win, slots and video poker games to keep everyone happy!

These games can be played while you are playing bingo (or in between bingo games). They operate independently of the bingo software and therefore you can play the instant games SIMULTANEOUSLY with your bingo game (if you wish). The instant win games are just as safe and fun as bingo.

The games form part of your bingo account and any wagers made will be immediately deducted from your account balance. Likewise, any wins will be immediately credited to your bingo account balance.

Only real funds may be used to play instant games. Bingo bonus funds (promotional or free money) cannot be used to play instant games. If you place a wager on an instant game and you have insufficient real funds to cover your wager, your wager will be void.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE PURCHASED MY CARDS AND I GET DISCONNECTED FROM THE GAME?
As soon as your cards are purchased, you are in the game regardless of your connection status.
The game outcome is generated at our servers, and if one of the cards you have purchased is a winner, then you will win. If you get disconnected for any reason, and you have purchased cards, then check your transactions in the members area to see if you won or contact our customer services team.

WHY CAN I NOT CONNECT TO THE CHAT SERVER?
Our chat servers may be down from time to time, but this is not frequent. Often, if your computer sits behind a firewall, the firewall will not allow our chat servers to send messages to your computer.

CAN I KEEP MY CARD NUMBERS FROM GAME TO GAME?
No.
To make sure everything's kept fair, all cards are randomly generated at the time you request them.
If you're unhappy with the numbers of your issued cards, you can simply click the 'GET NEW CARDS' button for a new batch.

HOW DO I CASH OUT AND GET PAID?
You can request a payout at any time from the banking section of the members area. Your payout request will be processed after 2 working days. You can choose to cancel a payout request within this time.

ARE MY PAYMENT CARD DETAILS SECURE?
We use the SSL Protocol with 128 bit encryption to provide security and privacy between your computer and our servers. This means that before any sensitive data is sent between you and our servers, the data is encrypted before it is transmitted. This makes it impossible for people to crack this code and gain access to your confidential details.
