Most people find it very difficult to wake up early in the morning. Sometimes they get late for work or school and so on because of this. Being a late sleeper as well as a late riser isn’t a very good habit, plus you get an extra amount of time in the morning when you get up early, so you can finish all your work or exercise and so on.
Now the most important thing to do is to get an ample amount of sleep everyday. Make sure that you get enough sleep the night before or you won’t be able to get up early. Or if you can, you can simply try and sleep in the afternoon or get a nap in the middle if you can manage it.
Now the best thing that you can do is go and sleep early. After all “early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise”. Try not to stay up till midnight or even past that. Now usually people aren’t very productive at the end of the day. So if you simply cut out on time from the previous night and wake up early you will see that you are getting a lot done.
Now make sure that you get a “good night’s sleep”. Now you might get say around 8 hours of sleep but if you get up and then feel very tired after that then it isn’t effective enough. So make sure that you are comfortable enough so that you can get peaceful sleep which will make you feel refreshed.
Now usually when you hear the alarm going off or someone waking you up, you ask for an extra 5 minutes or so. Try to avoid doing this, this way you will simply keep falling off to sleep and you won’t be able to wake up on time. also try and simply “jump” in literal sense, out of your bed. Now if you do this, you wont be in your comfort zone anymore so this is very effective.
Also don’t active the snooze button on your alarm, have the alarm on and the volume up really high. Also make sure that you cannot reach the alarm so when it continues to ring you wont be able to turn it off and then get back to sleep again.

Christmas Special Punch
Ingredients:
Cherry jello – 2 sm
Orange juice (frozen) – 2 sm
Pink lemonade – 1 sm
Pineapple juice (unsweetened) – 32 oz
Method:
You need to read the directions which are provided on the package. After you mix all of the ingredients in a proper way together, you have to keep it in the fridge for a day. There you punch will be ready for serving.
Irish Potato Candies
Ingredients:
Mashed potatoes – 1 tbsp
Sugar (confectioners) – 1 cup
Peanut butter – 1 jar
Method:
Take a bowl in which you can mix things and put the mashed potatoes there. Then you need to add the sugar but make sure that you are pouring it a cup at one time and you have to keep beating right after you add it. Then grease a pan and spread the mixture there. After this you need to add the peanut butter to the top of it. Then you have to roll this like a jelly roll and then slice it into pieces.
Last Minute Christmas pudding
Ingredients:
Mince meat – 300 gm
Orange marmalade – 150 gm
Molasses or cane sugar – 200 gm
Treacle – 4 tbsp
Eggs – 3 (beaten)
Whisky – 4 tbsp
Butter (frozen) – 100gm
Flour (self raising) – 200 gm
Method:
You need to butter the base of a basin and also line it with paper which is grease proof. You need a large bowl in which you will have to stir all ingredients and make sure that as you add then, you do it one at a time. Also you have to add it in the exact order in which you have it listed and then mix everything thoroughly.
You then have to place this mixture into the basin which you have lines and then place grease proof paper on top of it again. You then have to put it on a plate and then in the micro for 20 minutes or more on medium heat. Put a skewer in to see if it is cooked and not and if you see it is, you then have to overturn it and then put cream and brandy while you serve it.
Now for a little bit of festive spirit to the food you can even try and flame your pudding. All you have to do is put around 4 tbsp of brandy all over the pudding and another tbsp on a spoon and then you light the spoon and pour it over the pudding and it will start giving out flames.

The first few weeks of being a foster parent is very hard. You have to prepare yourself mentally if you wan tot be one. The immediate skill you need to be a foster parent is that you have to have a lot of patience and you need to have a very strong grip over your emotions, this is because you will have to say goodbye when the time comes.
Now being a foster parent is actually going to have a huge impact on your marriage if you are married as well as your family life. You have to prepare your children and immediate family members and take their help in trying to make a decision about trying to add a new family member to your life.
When you bring home your foster child, make sure that you check the immunization records, do all the paper work regarding the foster work correctly. Before you bring your foster child to your home, make sure you set up a room for your foster child. You have to have patience to deal with your foster child. It is very difficult to understand and then parent a child who has suffered a grief, pain or even abuse.
You have to understand the grief of your foster child to help the child live happily again, in a healthy environment. When you first bring the child to your home, the child is scared and ready to think about the worst in you. Make yourself open to the child, you have to let him or her know that you are ready to listen.
The child will be too scared to ask; it is your duty as a parent to greet and ask the child whether he or she is hungry or thirsty or needs anything, so that the child feels reassured that his or her basic needs will be looked after.
Give him or her some space, some may talk or some may be too scared or bottled up to speak. Always be honest with the child and lay out your plans for future visit with the kids family. Show them the whole house and the room which you have prepared for the child. It is very important to start your role as a parent once your foster child enters your home but you also have to set the rules and the boundaries.

Just when you thought the drama with Tiger Woods couldn’t get any worse, it just did. Accenture which was one of the major companies for which Woods would advertise had announced of Sunday that they would drop him from their label. Now this company is the first company which dropped the Tiger from their family and who knows how many more are going to do the same.
According to a statement made by a representative of the company, “Given the circumstances of the last two weeks, after careful consideration and analysis, the company has determined that Woods is no longer the right representative for its advertising.” Tiger had been involved with the firm for six years and was working for a campaign which had the slogan “Go on, be a Tiger”. Now the consultancy company is planning on moving on and starting a new type of campaign from next year.
Now this announcement made by Accenture was made the day after Gillette had released a statement saying that it would not completely cut all ties with Tiger but would simply not let him participate in advertisements or allow him to make any appearances in public for a time period which is not specified.
Now the other companies do not seem to be offended by this act. Electronic Arts which was supper to release Tiger Woods PGA Tour will go ahead with it, in the coming six months. Also Nike has also reiterated all their support for the Tiger. On the other hand, Gatorade has disposed of the Tiger woods drink and also there have been certain advertisements by Tag Heuer which has been put on a hold. But then these two companies say that this was not done because of Tigers behavior. It was simply a coincidence.
On the other hand coming to the Tigers marriage, Elin Nordegren, his 29 year old wife was finally seen for the first time ever since Wood’s scandal at a gas station. She was filling up her SUV and this was seen in Florida. But the noticeable thing about this picture was that she was not wearing her wedding ring. Now for someone who always wears the sparkling ring whenever she is out in public, it seems a bit strange to see her without it. So this is starting to spark up rumors about their marriage and what is going to happen.
